Destiny 2 legend lost sector not showing

I’ve completed the story, completed all lost sectors in the throne world and the banner isn’t showing up. There’s even sparrows of others who have done the lost sector so I know it’s still active. Edit: light level has to be above 1501. Metamorphosis is the sector just run it once normal to check again to see if that works.

Help. Today in destiny shows the Conflux is todays legendary lost sector. But when I go there, there isnt a banner. I ran the lost sectore 3 times normally just in case, i went to orbit, I relogged, I went to different planets, but it still isnt showing.
