I have a Leap V1 that I got today. The Celle is not that adjustable. For that reason alone I would go for the Leap. It has loads of adjustments, seat depth, armrests, lumbar support, tension, lumbar protrusion ect. Also consider Steelcase Leap is often compared to the Aeron in comfort. Aeron is considered a lot more comfortable than the Celle.The Leap and Think are going to be quite a bit different in my opinion. In terms of build, the Leap is better, hands down. It is just a more well built chair, feels more solid. The Leap also has a better lumbar support system with the depth adjustment.
