Well, IMO the actual shelf exams / Step are pretty unique in style, which can only be found in the practice NBMEs. I think ABMOSS is a little "trickier" than UW, (I think an above poster commented similarly), but both cover the same high yield topics and get the job done. AMBOSS throws in some occasional wtf questions for sure though.
