Getting the pickaxe and B, gathering enough bone piles for the 6 skulls. The bone piles are in houses and so you risk aggroing mobs, from traveling between houses to actually mining the skulls.

The wiki for S&R:P doesn't apply to RlCraft, since in RlCraft has internal balancing. In 2.9.1 you need to multiply damage from S&R:P wiki by ~ 4 to get the damage you will receive in RlCraft. In 2.9.2 this multiplier has gone down to 3 due to multiple changes in S&R:P to try and maintain the balance.
