But in general, rankings are not as important as picking cards that make your deck better in the moment. For example, Cloak and Dagger is kind of a mid card on silent, but if you see an upgraded one and have two accuracies and a kunai, suddenly it becomes an easy pick. Going based purely on tier lists is a trap.
