Slow rise in hcg levels

Mine haven't doubled at all since I found out which was four weeks I'm six weeks now still no double but rising and I'm at 42,333 hcg . My dr said some can have slow rising hcg and be okay! Ultrasound was yesterday showed bean and fetal heart rate . Confirmed body is doing what it needs too even though mine never doubled just rose .
