Advanced tools - green stashes, but you could instead get basic tools. Rarely depending on the stash location also in regular stashes. I had trouble finding advanced and basic tools, but after crafting the advanced toolkit, I made a trip from Rostok to Yantar and, on the way, checked out a few stashes and found like 6 toolkits.You can also use a backpack but it's only 50 kg stash. Also I suggest you make finding stashes a priority since you can find tools which you can use to craft and fix without paying 1000 ru.
